umm... My question is why are they trying to kill themselves by not wearing practically any protective gear at all like chestprotectors and neck supports when jumping off cliffs like that?? I mean if you'd wear them you'd be able to try a run more than once a year there cause you wouldn't break every friggin' bone in your body once you fall.

@Kaijisss youre not a mountainbiker are you? Chestprotectors dont protect you against broken bones. Only against scratches.. you feel the same pain even with gear. just, youre not all scratched up! Although a neck brace is really helpful. Some riders wear them.

@linusro93 Nope.. mxer. Used to do a little DH too a few years ago but i got fed up with the pedaling and pushing the bike uphill. And yeah they do protect u from having broken ribs, collarbones and dislocated shoulders etc.. If you have a model with a spineprotector and elbow guards you'll be even more likely not to die. :D I'd rather spend 100-200$ on that than on a hospital bill and rehab costing who knows what...

@Kaijisss I used to wear the full top protection and elbows and knee and shins, etc.. It was super uncomfortable and hot for nothing.. Since I ended up breaking my collar with it anyways.... Now I ride t-shirt/full face and Im scratched up a lot but its a lot more easy to ride and havent broken anything in the last 4 years..
