I agree. This was the funniest show I've ever seen. I would get so hysterical, that I would cry! Chris Elliott is a great talent. Very funny in everything he does. ms89glide
Amazing how a show this funny flopped so badly. The Fox lineup of the late 80's and early 90's was the best television I've ever seen, way better than the crap we watch now.
@michaeljbethancourt There may have never been a better lineup in the history of television than Married with Children, Get a Life, the Garry Shandling Show, and Tracey Ullman.
Great show. Lmao just watching it now. Amazing that show was followed by married with children when first aired. Really ashamed this one only lasted 2 seasons, while married still running strong in syndication. Anyone know if they ever released both seasons on DVD?
I remember watching this and discussing it with one, maybe two, other kids at school. Way ahead of its time. Too good for television. Why kind of world do we live in where this is cancelled and friends runs forever?
Truly F-ing Hilarious!!! I Remember Being Mad As Hell When This Show Was Cancelled. Never Was A Big Elliott Fan But I Luved This Show. Pure Stupidity At It's Best!!!
remember when tv used to entertain and make u laugh instead of trying to manipulate yur thinking. well its not all bad my name is earl was funny ands sons of anarchy is great but i miss more original shit. am i rite
I'm 36 years old and this is the funniest american television show that I have seen in my lifetime. I remember watching the original run of this episode and tears rolling down my face.
man i used to love this show when i was a kid...i wish they would rerun them...it was hilarious....i've been trying to remember some of the shows from this time period that never get rerun...like Parker Lewis Can't Lose,Herman's Head....
Oh my god you just brought back memories you would not believe. I haven't thought of Herman's Head since I was a child. I'm off to look at some clips of it. Thank you.

Good show but why have the elevator muzak for the opening credits?
Get rid of that crap and it would be a better intro.

Best comedy TV show ever, by the way.

Ending credits? On this episode - no music. The opening of the show was always REM's "Stand".

I'm 36 years old and couldn't agree more...completely under-appreciated. 'Arrested Development' is another, but 'Get A Life' was the best...

Not only that you were too young, Sometimes comedy is ahead of time and the networks don't give it a chance to catch on.
