He is a great guitar player but I don't think he writes very good songs. Damon is much much better at it, and together they complement eachother very well. But as we can tell from the Think Tank album then blur can do very well without him. It's actually my favorite with them. Brilliant album.

@theonuk I don't think Blur is well without him. Think Tank was just a Gorillaz sounding album. It is not Blur, because Graham was not in it. Damon had to convince the other members to do it. They were hesitant to do it without Graham. He is a huge part of blur. His guitar riffs, and style is very "Blur". I think 13 has the best Blur songs, but my favourite album is Parklife.

Hardly. Coxon co-wrote many of the Blur songs, and others such as 'Coffee and TV' he wrote himself. The whole 'Happiness in Magizines' album is fantastic, but so is 'Love Travels at Illegal Speeds' and his latest 'The Spinning Top'. Some cracking songs were written on both of those. Damon may have been the initial drive behind the band rise to fame, but Graham is the musician of the group and the artist with the most talent out of the two - by far.

i wish the whole song was in here... i find it so interesting.. being completely glued to the 1990-1999 era of blur and seeing graham's view on the reforming. I saw blur at hyde park and it was so amazing and perfect, he was smiling and having fun but... you never can tell if he wanted to do it or not. I love the guy anyway!
