Hows the movement? I'm a 15 year old sophomore i hit about 79-82 now on a two seam fast ball with good movement i hit around 6.20 and my pop time is 2.21 but lowering talking to a coach from cal state atm. are you in college now?
85-92 is a big range. Most people have a 3 mph range topping out maybe 1 or 2 mph above that. not calling you a liar but that's interesting. Maybe working on your consistency will get you hitting that 90-92 more often. good luck man.
doubledaunh, I am a scout from Nebraska and I would immediately like to talk about your future with our program. I really think you could be a great asset to our team. Please contact me at (940) 368-8749
haha he's not too fat at all...stocky yes but that is good for a pitcher and a hitter, and if you are a good enough pitcher colleges dont give a shit if you can run the 40 in 4.3 or 8 seconds...how old are you though?
not sure. im now 15 and im hitting 84 when my arm feels good. but im going to end up being a catcher if i do go somewhere. so i was probably around 78 on a good day when i was 14.
but i was also 6'1" - 6'2" at age 14.. now im 6'3"
he is hitting 90 mph it looks almost more! that was good i would have recruited you~

Dude ur saying you can get 27MPH difference between top out fastball and best Change-up! Not buying that...
Plus why you got like 5-10MPH range in every pitch.... should be like 3-4 max if your consistent...
quAsh2008 2 years ago

ok, so i don't mean to sound selfish, but i want to get another's perspective. is a 75 mph fastball good at 14?
and i'm no expert, but make sure you get over the curve.
