I think you shouldn't have been so crazy with the special effects. The blood was ok at first... but once you started mirroring the picture and putting filters all over the place it sort of killed the good choreography and stunts underneath.

I gotta admit this was pretty good. Personally, I hate when they decide to make live action versions of anime I like, but this is nice. It still has an anime feel to it. I think it was the dialogue and the actual speaking of japanese that did it.
