  • Holy Moly guacamoly

  • I am so touched by the message of this lady. I felt her love when she said those three simplye words that tears just came falling onto my cheeks. I have been thinking of becoming a vegatarian for a while, maybe now is the time. Thank you.

  • how does being a vegan help? and I would think it is to late already as there is no way the mentality of the humans on this planet will change.

2012 will be an interesting year

  • @enchapi Being vegan helps because animal agriculture is the number one cause of global warming. Cows burp up 300litres of methane each day. But that is just one side of it. The other important aspect is the killing aspect. We have to stop taking the lives of sentient beings that are not ready to leave this world. They too have a purpose here, and that purpose is not to be our food.

  • Being vegetarian is gonna be hard...I'm gonna try...:)

  • It's easier than you might think it will be. There are a lot of meat substitutes out there these days that taste so similar to meat, it will confuse you- but it is a great way to transition to the vegetarian diet. Good luck with your noble endeavour. Wishing you God's blessings in your trying ;-)

  • @SupremeMasterTV im scared but i wanna do what i can but i am never giving up airplanes, guns and diesel :D... we could use the methane to power everyday life.

  • @poptartpencil Well if we all go vegan then we can still use airplanes. But guns are responsible for loss of life which being vegan we try and avoid. Even things like hunting- we are disturbing natures natural cycle. Methane is a very dangerous gas and there are many other ways we can power everyday life. So if you are scared, then changing your diet is the most powerful thing you can do to aid in the saving of our beautiful planet. Good luck :-)

  • @SupremeMasterTV well guns are not always, such as shooting at bottles cans old junk and just target shooting i really enjoy that

  • Well dont mean to freak you out but the methane gas has been released from north of siberia that means our time is coming soon.

  • @jcfrz We still have time to stop it. If we all change to a vegan diet~the way of noble and compassionate living~ we can stop the disaster that is about to befall us. It is our loving quality that we need to develop and to do this we must stop killing. Taking a life of a being that does not want to die.

  • It is possible that people will change. We have to stay focused on the positive that it will happen. While doing all those things is good...how long can you survive underground if it floods? Nothing is really perfect in saving us apart from changing our bad habits into good noble ones. Changing our hearts into loving ones that encompass the whole planet. Each person makes a difference so being veg is the best of all the options and the fastest to save our beautiful planet. We have it within us!

  • Mars went through the same catastrophic event that our planet is facing, but they did not know about the vegetarian diet to save their planet. Those that survived made their way underground; where they now have to live because they are unable to breathe the air. So we still have a chance.

  • Human race is going to kill it self...i think there we are alredy in a no-return point because no one cares until people start to die.

Maybe this is the last century of human race

  • We still have hope. We have not reached the point of no return yet. We have 1422 days to change the course of history. People are changing, but we hope that they can change faster. As long as you are vegetarian or change to a vegetarian diet, that is already one more person. One ant can't do much; but an army of ants can do plenty!

  • Do we really need more data? Are we going to keep on waiting until having complete certainty?

Let´s take action now before it is too late!

Politicians will listen if we all unite in a huge outcry!

    Let´s do it!

  • we have to put this words in our minds, and listen to the others, this is the beginning of the solution.we have to worry about the planet, this video talking about heaven and we are the head of the wooden matches .small help from me and you, will made a huge change .thanks

  • Orjan Gustafsson, of Stockholm University in Sweden, said researchers had found "an extensive area of intense methane release"

Mr Gustafsson said: "At earlier sites we had found elevated levels of dissolved methane. Yesterday, for the first time, we documented a field where the release was so intense that the methane did not have time to dissolve into the seawater but was rising as methane bubbles to the sea surface. ITN report

  • Awesome video!

  • How come hardly anyone is airing this stuff? How come the governments arent telling us this?

  • NASA are saying it.

  • well one reason is george w. has to much to lose.some are saying by the end of 2008..if this to happen winters will be less brutal. if we have any...the oceans will heat up.

  • This is really scary! Wow! But it sounds like an easy solution.

  • meat eating cause the earth go bankrupted, and the major cause of the global warming, meat eaters indirectly killing their own family, kids, friends and the future generation of the earth people. you give no chance for them to enjoys this beautiful planet. it all up to you to decide between a piece of steak and the life of 6.5billions people. show some compassion and make a intelligent choice, be a hero from today and be a vegetarian to save this planet.

  • How is vegetarianism going to save the planet? What a bollocks theory.

  • UN Report - Meat Eating is the Major Cause of Global Warming, over 70% of Amazon rainforest is cut down for meat production, livestock produce more greenhouse gases than all worldwide transportation combined. Worldwide livestock production occupies 70% of all land used for agriculture, or 30% of the Earth's land surface, 40% of the world's grain is used to feed farmed animals - not people. Dr Zwally from NASA predicts Arctic Ocean will be ice free by summer 2012 due to global warming.

  • amen.

  • Livestock production is very carbon intensive. A recent report released by the World Watch Institute stated that livestock production is responsible for 51% plus of global GHG emissions. Just for one piece of meat thousands of hectares of forest have to be cut down. When the trees are cut down they release all the Co2 they have stored into the atmosphere. Most of the worlds grain are fed to livestock as well as the worlds fresh water and antibiotics.

  • By adopting a vegan diet your carbon footprint is minute. Meat eating is said to double by 2050. Our planet just cannot sustain that type of growth. The other factor is the killing factor. Billions of innocent animals are slaughtered for food every day. If we want peace on earth we have to stop killing and love one another. Love is the solution to the saving of our planet and the vegan diet is the key.

  • this is very urgent indeed, also is everybody aware of the melting and the consiquences.

    But what can we do?

Stop eating meat is a just inhuman sorry.

  • You are right, it is inhuman. If you yourself have adopted a vegan diet already, make sure you spread the message far and wide. We cannot be angry at the people who do not know about this, so inform as many as you can and keep only positive thoughts for the salvation of our lovely Earthly home.
