This sounds like it could be a Bode or a Moog, it doesn't sound like a Roland, Korg, EMS, or Sennheiser!! Idk about Synton Syntovox though. 'RealFreshBlog' does it say which vocoder this is in the credits on your CD or vinyl? Thanks.
