Why do you switch to your knife and back? This gun is a semi automatic weapon and its faster if you stay scoped in. If it was the awm it would make sense but not on this.

In my opinion, Dsr-1 sucks. Its impossible to Quickscope because of the slow draw time. The awm also has better accuracy and if u use the QQ technique it has a faster firing rate. Remember its only my opinion

it's so much better than the awm..especially the automatic which makes u get more double kills and it's more lighter than awm too, But it reloads slowly and has x1 zoom scope, unlike awm...Anyway, It's my favourite weapon at all! :D

I've used the DSR before. For Prison or TDMs when you've got the enemy spawn clutched, it's great. But if you havn't got the number of paths an opponent player can take reduced, AWM's quickscoping/quickflipping abilities make it the choicier rifle.

you didnt mention DSR-1 is a single scope zoom riffle and AWM has two. its a throw off for ppl who are used to AWMing. but if you can get over the learning curve and manage with the after scope of the DSR, its a pretty good gun. honestly i think its easier to use then an AWM.

OMG. The MSG-90 is sucky but the DSR-1 is EPIC on CERTAIN situations. Its best used If you know where the enemy is gonna pop out or can surprise a group of enemies from the flanks. Its not very good at close range or Quickscoping so better stay away from that tactic.

Beside the fact, that this rifle isn't semiauto at all in reality, its pretty damm good. More for the prosnipes from Cf. But if u want a real semiauto Gun, take PSG. It's a hammer of own, is u can aim.
