@heldylala This is our own brand Secrets of Eden.. It is very water soluable ( but still bitter ) and most people take a tablespoon per day in some lemonade or water with lemon. Good results are often seen within two weeks.

this is the first time I have ever heard of spots on the brain and sorry if I called you a man lol you cant always tell by the names. Make sure you drink it mixed with vitamin c and that you get the lingusinal(something like that) you can find it in abundance on ebay.
It really is good stuff and it has a lot of other health benefits and it helps with diabetes also! your hair and nails will grow and I spray my body down with it after my showers and my skin is like porcelain. Just mix it with distilled water and mist yourself after bathing or showering. I also put some of the powder in my lotion and it dissolves nicely.
I could care less what this stuff does for your hair, I lost all mine over 30 years ago (well at least that which is on top of my head). I think it highly unlikely it will give me a head of hair back, but MSM (along with Bromolain, enteric) saved me from a very miserable and painful early retirement. Shame on the American medical establishment for not giving this stuff its due. Five weeks ago I could barely walk, now I can run pain free and I'm back at work. Not retiring either, not yet.

I've been taking MSM supplements for about a month now. I get the Spring Valley capsules from walmart for about 4 dollars. I've seen a DRAMATIC difference in my hair as well as my nails. I currently take MSM. I've weaned myself off of all supllements but will not give up my MSM... too many compliments on my skin and hair but I don't like anti-caking agents so what's the .2% in the MSM?
For all intents and purposes it is 100% pure, except in analysis the .002% is something inert like common dust or something else, but is positively not anti-caking agent or anything else intentionally added.

I could care less what this stuff does for your hair, I lost all mine over 30 years ago (well at least that which is on top of my head). I think it highly unlikely it will give me a head of hair back, but MSM (along with Bromolain, enteric) saved me from a very miserable and painful early retirement. Shame on the American medical establishment for not giving this stuff its due. Five weeks ago I could barely walk, now I can run pain free and I'm back at work. Not retiring either, not yet.

People allergic to sufur are actually allergic to supha drugs which are forms of sulfur in form of suphides, sulfates, sulfites etc.
No human being is allergic to pure sulfur in its pure form.
so even if you are allerfic to sulfur drugs , you will face no issues with msm.
