Hey guys, I am very pro meat in the diet.... I have recently cam across a book "the china study" that claims it's the cause of all our health issues....anyone read/listened to the book.....interested in your thoughts
Meat, is possibly the worst thing you can consume...and MAYBE because all the disease it is responsible for...whether it is "organic" or "non-organic".
By saying the word 'Sorry' it shows that you're speaking from a position of insecurity, and thus a lack of clarity. You are just attempting to justify a belief that meat is healthy, so debating on this will just be a waste of time. Saying that meat is a part of healthy diet, just defends the stance that you enjoy consuming animal flesh. And, based upon your ignorant remarks, I am quite sure you do not understand medicine or science, or thinking for yourself.
@Innersky23 You just made a shit load of assumptions with no basis for them. What "ignorant remarks" did he make? And how does it lead you to be "quite" sure he doesn't understand science medicine or thinking for himself? Like what, dude? What are you saying? Maybe cool it with the debating jargon the pseudo-intellectual drivel and start actually having content in a paragraph-long post. Your post had no depth to it. Just a bunch of nonsensical assumptions.
I got my shower head per Sean prior video and my good bacteria for my gut. thx sean. btw- I drink alot of nonfat organic milk because it just seems to be a staple like for my protein drinks-which is probrly bad?, or just a glass for energy. I assume this is bad...can you confirm yes or no so I can do better in 2012. Also maybe I am thinking dairy nonfat/lowfat maybe one reason I cant get down to a lower bodyfat of like 10-15%???
Going from a conventional source, to an "underground" source is just going from one form of mind slavery to another...use ur own minds people, stop bandwagoning...make it your new years resolution to stop using the 'group thinking method'...think for yourself in 2012!!
@Innersky23 Agreed. So why should we listen to anything you say? Are you not also trying to influence the way other people think, as Sean does? The fact is we all gain knowledge to a large degree from, or with the help of, other people... to call it bandwagoning is begging the question and unproductive. I don't necessarily agree with everything Sean says by any means, but I am a happy subscriber and have learned a lot from the information, most of which is free of charge.
If someone like this had so much knowledge he'd realize the health risks and consequences of indulging in animal flesh and by-products of sick animals...whether they are "raised organically" or "in a polluted fashion".
@Innersky23 LOL. You drunk the vegan koolaid, didn't you? Sorry, but true science shows meat is definitely a part of a healthy diet. You cannot show any evidence otherwise. Show me some if you think you can and we'll quickly debunk it.
Sean Croxton; if thats his real name, does a good job in regards to educating people, but that's about it...in order to fully take control of your health and mind, you have to do your own research and realize that people like this, to some degree, have their own biases..thus benefiting from related industries...be that the meat industry, dairy industry, etc.
This is awesome, kind of contradictive though, I don't think anyone should have 'HELP' in achieving their own new years resolutions...that kind of defies the purpose. If people really used their own minds, they'd realize they have the power to achieve their own goals, and set their life according to their own passions.

This is great advice, but it's so much easier to just go out there and join Crossfit. CF has completely changed my life and my body.
