its rather easy when you think about it your voice box gives off tones of voice through vibration so when you compress it the pitch goes higher same with the vocal cords im in the mid of making something that will edit my voice like that all it really is is a machine desined like a choker like in this but it gives off electric pulses that compress the voice box
