  • This is a very good workout my arms feel very weak everytime i do this workout, after this i walk up and down the stairs for half an hour is this good cardio?

    Obviously you're gonna gain some weight if you do this WITH a strength building diet. The diet is actually more important than the workout, it's just helpful to focus on the diet for people because then they'll be hungry and go eat anyway.... but quit drinking soda and fast food and go eat protein and carbs(second one because I tried to get big when I was in high school and was always fucking tired.... just ate protein, no energy lol)

  • hey peter i need help im doing one of your workouts for 6 pack abs im already at the best fat percentage for them to show but i need you to tell me a diet i could use during i do the workout like a diet i could do for 2 months like tell me foods i can eat without worrying about gaining wieght i dont want a fat loss diet just some foods i can eat while im on the workout

  • @pcgamerz2010 Start doing it and you'll do it every day. It took me 3 tries over 8 years but im growing now and working out every day.

  • 15 reps is a third too much, you should have the weights heavy enough that you can only do about 10, i do agree on 4 sets though

  • Hey I start doing your abs workout for 2 week and now I can see the abs if i look closely, but how do I make it more visible so people can see it without looking closely?

    I am on healthy diet, what am I doing wrong? I am 15 and weight 110pounds.

    I am skinny.

  • @timbrandon94 Many exercises is not good for somone who have injuries. Always make sure you are ready to do something and it is pain free.

  • @Mimr1000 For this workout structure, Yeah

    But In general 8-10 reaps, 3 sets of that exercise so that on your 3rd set you just struggle to complete the set and cannot do anymore is definately the way to go. Gratz on 25kg dumbbells haha you obviously strong, also make sure you do each exercise slowly and controlled (even when lowering the weight) you should be resisting it.

  • @mayankgpwatson I work out everywhere. This is my life! But almost each day I do some kind of workout at home. It could be my morning cardio or my afternoon weight training. One of those will always be at home. But I go to the gym as well. If I have to do HEAVY weight training I prefer the gym.

  • 15 reps on bodybuilding ? i thought that to gain muscle u need to do 6 to 8 reps. Am i wrong or what ?

  • @palec911 By the 3 or 4 sets you will be doing that if you pick the right weight to start with.

  • The music you have playing during the workout in this video is actually not bad (though I prefer more up tempo songs to work out to)!

  • @rkm424 Yip , just went for something nice and slow that works with the tempo of the exercises.
