please tell me why this is one of his best Hi C's. I have an operatic type tenor voice, but sometimes I wonder if my notes above hi b flat have enough or any wight or chest tone in them, actually because they sound more like this recording than other ones, which sound fuller, more like the rest of his range.

This 1969 performance of the aria is even better then the 1977 as I have it. Good sound.

Correction: This is actually from 1977, as part of the first Live From The Met telecast.
