Njeri that's a good question. Think of it like this......there was a company where employees were making alot mistakes. customers rejected their products and they kept loosing money. One boss suggested they fire they people who are making mistakes while the other boss said....NO! it's not the people; it's the system. All humans are corruptable but the Kenyan system allows alot of it because power is concentrated in a few hands. So people around this hands broker power without the hands knowing
President Kibaki, please kindly ask your advisors or some social psychologists the effect of your refusal to sack Karega Mutahi and Sam Ongeri from the Ministry of Education. Kibaki, the Children of Kenya are going to remember you for destroying their future by denying them a chance to have a basic education. In the next years please ask Speaker Marende to buy more ropes for the hangman because more youngsters whose school money you have squandered will be graduating to Kamiti Maximum.
