People can be against censorship but suggest an attitude change; such as a society where there is no NEED to ban porn because there is also no DEMAND for porn due to mutual respect & equality.
Thank you for uploading this video to attempt to raise people's consciousness and to ask them to think critically. Jensen is doing important work and asking important questions.
More foolishness from a self admitted radical. Even the President of the University of Texas (where Jensen teaches), Larry Faulkner, is quoted as saying Jensen is "a fountain of undiluted foolishness on issues of public policy."
First, Faulkner is no longer president of UT as of 2006. Second, Faulkner's response was to Jensen's views on terrorism, not on pornography. Third, Jensen attempted to engage with Faulker in a public debate, yet Faulkner refused.
Jensen also wrote: "I also regretted that he didnt move beyond an ad hominem attack to explain what substantive disagreements he had with my position." The same could be said for the writer of this particular comment.
(For more, please read the following articles from Jensen, which are available online: "Against dissent: Why free speech is important as the U.S. drops cluster bombs on Afghanistan" and "Four months later, no regrets for writing against U.S. policy ")
This is BRILLIANT; exactly what I think and feel, from a man's mouth. He makes sooooo many points, bang on!!! He's so with it!! WHY DO SOME MEN GET IT, AND OTHERS DON'T????
The easiest way to tell if somebody's for censorship is if they preface comments on controversial media with, "I'm not for censorship, but..." What the mean is "I am for censorship, and..." Other liberal cultures view "degrading" pornography w/o the extreme toxic effect we have in U.S. That's because the U.S. is a vicious and sadistic culture in all spheres, not just sexual. America is a dying empire. Spring Thomas is a symptom.

The male principle is in essence strength; its positive aspects are heroism, hard (often physical) work, and constancy; its negative face shows as bullying, posturing, torture, domination, and the like. Porn is the entertainment of this dark side.
Those 'male principles' aren't inborn though, they're cultural expectations and codes of behaviour and ritual that are taught and passed on. As such they're constructs, like any code of conduct. If it was culturally understood for decades that a benchmark of a man was his ability to knit their own socks and keep his feet warm, instead of, say, arm-wrestling or something currently manly, we'd have sock making competitions.
RE: Pornography slipping into the mainstream, I am so shocked at how many PG 13 movies depict sex and nudity. What has happened to the rating system and censorship?
Quote (around 6:50): pornography is relenlessly white supremacist and rascist the last time I looked.
If this is true then porn is a fascist movement trying to pollute the sexuality of our society and goverments are doing nothing against it.
Goverments are part of this evil agenda. Period.

You deliberately misunderstand.
