The first time I did whitestrips, my teeth got SUPER sensitive! I talked to my dentist and they said that you just need to start using a sensitive toothpaste 2 weeks before you start bleaching. I tried that this time around and it worked great!! I don't use the professional ones (I have the 3D Advanced Vivid) but they are awesome!

Im so late on this video lol but they relly work !!!! i first started with the crest whitestrips advance seal and that first box totally whitened my teeth ! then i tried the advance vivid like 6 months after my first box and they worked too ! but the same level of whitening =/ they were pretty white doh but i thought they were going to be more white ! so now i ordered a new box and i got the profesional effects this time ! i hope they whiten more =) since the prises are diferent .

@elnino559 I use the 3D white toothpaste because it just helps to maintain the brightness, but it's not necessary. And it's not caffeine that's the problem, it's dark drinks that can stain your teeth.

@laddiesman129 It depends on your lifestyle. If you smoke or drink a lot of coffee they're not going to last as long. I whiten about once a year because I like my teeth really white and I supplement with Crest 3D White toothpaste in between. They can last well over a year.

@kopanaki00 I would definitely get the Professional Effects whitestrips. And I use the Crest 3D white toothpaste but I don't know if it really does anything. My teeth are already pretty white from the strips I don't know if a toothpaste can make them any whiter. I use it to maintain them.

Omg.. After first 30 minutes I used them my teeth got SOOOOO sensitive that I couldn't even bare it :S I had to take a painkiller pill..It is awfal if you use them for 20 days :O I see the difference after 4 days max!! But I only use them at night for 30 minutes.. If I used them for 20 days my teeth would be transparent.. But your teeth are crystal white :D
