  • hahahaha only listen to :25 - :27 Lol

  • damn.

you're probably sick of reading this, but...

    you're kind of gorgeous.

you're in bed, which means you're gorgeous without the need for hella make-up and crap.

your boyfriend had better appreciate you!

    LOL!

  • how can you be defending the kids??? they killed a person!!!!! would you see this situation differently if that rock hit your dads car and killed him??? or if it did not kill him but he was brain dead???? thats what i thought bitch!!!! your a babe so ill let it slide tho

  • well i agree with what your saying, but a life was taken. I mean, it makes the situation much different

  • ploughed in an intersextion lol

  • What a Hottie!!!what did she say?lol

  • Someone died....

There's no way there oughta be some light punishment in that case.

They go to juvie for 11 months and then community service for a while. That sounds fair considering their ages.

  • honestly i mean by seven i knew that i could cause some serious harm if i threw any object into a highway, these kids were around 12 to 14 they aren't retarded in a sense that they can't think, they just either decided not to think, or knew what may happen but believed that it wouldn't, why didn't anyone keeping an eye on them. They caused damages that need to be paid for. It doesn't sit well with me. i agree with lowndessoner; a slap on the hand wont suffice.

  • oh you got plowed huh

  • your cute

  • I would probably send them to juvenile. BTW I like the sound of your voice :)

  • Community service sounds nice. But a swift kick in the ass sounds better.

  • i could maybe go with that too.

  • well you see, there is a difference between a rock falling or just being there in general, THAN 3 little douchebags throwing a constant barrage of stones at vehicles going like 60mph. they dont teach you how to avoid that in your drivers test.

  • well go ahead and tell me exactly how many rocks were thrown, whether they were cannon launching them or just tossing them, and how the entire crash happened play by play, then maybe i'll change my opinion.

    this is all on speculation.

  • it doesnt matter how many rocks were being thrown, the point is, they WERE thrown, launching them or simply tossing"" them at cars going at least 60mph will almost deffinately cause an accident, which it did, actually 6, and someone died.

  • okay.

still sticking to my opinion, lol.

  • thats fine, everyon is entitled to their own, im not gonna bitch you out for having your own beliefs.

  • o..but you already did bitch...and come one...your exaterating...a constant barrage?

  • lol. internet thug up in dis piece son..yea but seriously dude, be quiet.

  • i wasn't calling you a bitch...i don't know you enough to say that...i meant you already bitched, as in the verb

  • Bangable.

  • i approve of you.

  • in my opinion, i think ur hot

  • These kids cause an accident, kill someone as a result, and your suggestion is nothing more than a few months of picking up city trash; i.e. community service?

Being a kid is not a "Get out of Jail Free Card".

If someone close to you, that you financially & emotionally depended on, was killed because some kids thought it would be funny to cause someones death, then I'm positive you'd want their heads on a spit!

  • You can't always put yourself in someone else's shoes to make a fair decision. Do you in fact know that those kids went up there with the intention of murder?

I'm not saying their deaths are to be taken lightly, but how much damage can a rock really cause if we are a capable, defensive drivers.

I fully stand by my opinion. And putting someone's "head on a spit" doesn't bring back my dead loved one. The kids will have this on their conscience forever.

  • "how much damage...capable defensive driver"

Obviously these rocks in question can cause a great calamity. Why would you underestimate the power of two solid objects intercepting each other at a combined possible speed of over 80 mph?

Do you believe that a Thor-like thunder crack against a windshield or metal could momentarily distract the most capable of drivers?

Losing control of a non-racing car at speeds only takes jerking the steering wheel an inch in either direction.

  • "on their conscience forever"

Cry me a river. Someone feeling remorse for killing someone is a extremely small penance to pay in comparison.

You're young and naive. Soon you'll realize that people feeling bad for what they've done won't stem their bad behavior nor create a safe & congenial society. This is why prisons exist.

Sometimes people need severe penalties in order to keep their behavior in check. Attending juvenile detention for a couple of years is a minimum.

  • Okay so maybe those kids are complete assholes and don't feel remorse. Much like the doctors who killed my mom, so don't talk to me about remorse. BUT I don't know the kids, I don't know the full details of the size of the rock, the frequency of the throwing, their motives, etc. I don't think you do either.

I made my opinion based on little fact, and I still stand by it. I believe people are innocent until proven guilty, same with whether they meant to really do any harm with the rocks.

  • If they find new facts, like the kids have a history of crime, or that they admit to wanting to hurt people, or if they're gigantic boulders they're hurling over teh side of the road, then maybe my opinion will change, but as of right now I feel I've made an educated opinion out of the information presented.

  • Medical professionals that don't fear or receive reprisal through our current checks and balances tend to be more emboldened, audacious, and sometimes reckless with human life whereby casting the hypocritical oath out the window.

  • You're correct. My stance on the subject is based on speculation as I am not the district attorney reviewing the case.

My condolences for your loss, but many of us have lost someone special during our lifetimes. Though, I ask you this.

Should these doctors get the ax? i.e. loss of medical license, sued through tort law, criminal prosecution, etc.

or should a judge leave them to their own accord, point the gavel at them, and say only this, "MAY YOU LIVE FOREVER!!" (MOVIE ending, 300)?

  • Medical professionals that don't fear or receive reprisal through our current checks and balances tend to be more emboldened, audacious, and sometimes reckless with human life whereby casting the hypocritical oath out the window.

  • well the latter of the two situations is the one that wound up happening so who knows.

Also, the kids' effect in the car accidents and the death may have been much less direct. I dont know. I'm too tired to argue with you anymore. Whatever. I'm still going to think what I want.

  • What? did you stay up all night again? Well that's alright. One of us were bound to run out of steam anyway.

I do respect your opinion, and God forbid, if I get into trouble one day I hope you're on my jury.

  • o my god ur realy fit!!!!

  • hah well, thanks? i'm not sure how you can tell though :P

  • :) as good looking i ment

  • lol when she said plowed i was like wait what?

  • Me to! haha, "I got ploughed"... i dont think its possible to turn off guys dirty minds is it.

  • it doesn't mean the same thing in Iowa!! lol i'm so embarrassed.

  • I definitely agree with you

  • LoL ... Does Plowed in US means the same thing as in UK ?

  • haha... hm if you're asking? probably not. i mean just like completely run over lol.

i take it plowed is something sexual. great hahah. that sounds great in my video.

  • yep, as sexual as it gets :) nonetheless if you listen to that sentence over carefully and place inverted comas over certain words :) you get this:

" Ok I got 'plowed' in my car, in 'unprotected intersection' by a guy who didn't have his 'head lights' on ... and 'he did hit the breaks at all'"

ahhh ... its probably just me :)

  • ahahaha oh my god shoot me now. the pregnancy was 25 percent my fault. now i can't think of this video response in any other way.

  • thx for the logic. 5 star
