This idea isn't going to expand well. Redbox takes the cake in consumer profit. Otherwise go down the street to BestBuy when buying a game you KNOW works.

So who/what/where do you return the game to if it's broken or defective? Do you have to call the 1800 number to contact a redbox associate? Then what? Pay out of pocket to ship it to them?

@saulski90 Gamebox allows you print or email a receipt. The games cost normal retail price for new games and the used games range from $15-40 each.

@SilentKiller01 You are actually referring to the video game rental test, where games are available for rent in regular redbox. This machine is only located in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas and is selling a selection of new and used games retail.
