I am new to YogaNidra and I want to thank you so much! I can't believe that vids like this get only 3000 views while vids that are a complete waste of time get millions :( Thanks for sharing this wonderful practice with us.
What a precious gift Aurora, thank you very much. The meditation has a timeless, quantum feel to it, but it's also quite grounded in the immediate.
I often meditate on how our time-space filters of perception reduce our existence and this Y.Nidra meditation's focus on points of sensory detail (body, sounds, etc.) acknowledges we are energy beings (perceiving/creating our reality) and it does create a space of freedom and expansion to more readily shift perception and our choices! -Mark
