Hey, I just subbed!..If you havn't figured out the focusing..See the bit on the lens you turn to zoom in and out..well at the end of the lens (the bit furthest from the camera) there is another bit that is for focusing. Sorry for the crap description lol hope it helped :)

If you just hold it back a little further from the camera it should come into focus, it's just that it was a bit close. When people take pictures of bees on flowers they use a macro lens which can only focus on things very close to the camera.
