watching the video it looks like a big gust of wind blew from the left side of the track. they both turned to the right at about the same time. i now this cant happen cause of the stand but it looks like it. as for all the so called experets, could you pull out of this. i didnt think so. put your self in hes seat befor you make judgement. personly i would have shit my suit. the main thing is hes ok and thats racing:)

Fab was getting out of shape coming through 60-100ft. Zap not long after that. I know teams were chasing setup most of the day. You could put it down to track prep, but the guys over there do a pretty good job, clutch setup, dampness settling on the track, (see this at the plex towards the end of the season). If one of the grooves is going off, it can cause all sorts of problems. Fabs looks more like tyre shake. The Crash has nothing to do with "bad" driver or wind (unless tornado)

For john's to turn suddenly, mass wheel spin on one side would be the cause, as to why the tyre lost traction, many reasons and we will only find out as the info filters through the channels (havent checked the drag forum yet), but it could be fluid leaking and spraying the tyre, bad spot in the groove, even tyre shake. He came out of it unscathed and for any true racer, that is the most important thing.

Get the setup wrong and most cars will go where the power takes them...there is no correcting on something like that because as a driver you have no control. the car is not at a workshop they are in sydney and can not drive home, they were going to leave it in sydney but there was no room in she shop so they started to drive home and damaged there bus. so they got the bus fixed in sydney and i think that they are on the road now

cheers for the update. hadn't heard anything since Sunday and was wondering if they actually got the car in or not. Gunna be a tight turn around if they are fixing it when they get back here and then head back for Sydney meet. hopefully thats all the bad luck they have for a while.
