people underestimate supports, take 0/21/9~, don't forget to use that to your advantage. You are more tanky then their DPS so, you tank for your DPS and you CC. That's all there is to it. Support = Tanky CC, prepare kills for your DPS or even take the kills it doesn't matter, you can use the gold early to your adv. Janna's shield is not her main strong point, its her HARD CC + speed which makes tanking + escaping easier. Hope this helps you 1900's struggling getting to 2100. You are welcome!

@owned2easy Flash got nerfed. It's still used a lot if the support needs a way to escape (sona, soraka) or even if they need to set up positioning quickly. Heal is also really stronk now. Heal, Flash, and CV SHOULD be your mainly 3 summoner spells. You can mix it up though if you know what youre doing with your ad in lane.

Don't follow this video as the best janna gameplay ever... he is too passiv on lane and steal lots of kill when he could avoid it. Nice use of ult but surely not the best janna player.

@deluxen if ur ad goes armor u have to play more passive, ur ad doesnt have the same dmg output as the enemy ad plus sivir and taric can pretty much melt them early game. It's a very good gameplay

@deluxen why would u harras a taric (who has health and nice defensive stats) when you are janna (who doesnt have health) and take the risk to get stunned which will follow up with boomerang. Janna is is cc queen, and she shines in mid and late game, not really in early game except when u have ur jungler who ganks. He has a very strong janna play. Janna harras is pretty worthless, sona does a better job, plus sona has a built in health, but janna is way better in late game.

@gvdseype i dont agree again. Janna + x always win 2v2 fight botlane if both botlane are full life. But if u let ennemies take bush and harass u under turret, u lose the lane. Janna could have taken bot bush without being stun and force taric to back and then kog could have farm more easily.

Question: why do people go double gp/10 items in pro games, it takes them 27 mins to pay themselves back and pro games normally last around 30. It has always seemed to me that if you save that 800 gold you would have enough for an entire games worth of wards.

@garethmagis gp/10 items are not just for the money. they provide stats really needed by supports and are really worth the gold. like supports cant afford a catalyst or things to get tanky, so they buy heart of gold. and they need a lot of regen so they arent healing themselves so they get philo stone. these are just extremely cost efficient items. the reasons carries dont get them as much is because they dont give damage. or build into any carry items.

Really insightful, mainly becuase I play Janna in a lot of ranked games, but I have a question about early game, I know that Supports are not suposed to take creeps over carries, but Nhat even stays out of the exp range, is there any reason why? Is it so the AD carry can level up faster?
