BAKIT DI BA KAYA NG PINOY GUMAWA NG GANYAN KALA KO BA NANDITO SA ATING BANSA ANG MGA MAGAGALING NA WELDER AT MGA DESIGNER BAKIT TAYO UMAASA SA MGA BAYUHAN NA GAMIT... ANO BAYAN PURO PALA TAYO SALITA WALNG GAWA ........HANGANG KULIGLIG NALNG ANG ALAM GAWIN NG PINOY .........AT CURRUPTION
wag nyo pagmalakiyan... may carrier na china ngayon.. dapat atleast new frigates or destroyer binibili nyo.. indi pipitsuging bangka lang... hambog...
hopefully sana tayo nalang ang nagdedesign nang warship natin and dito nalang ginagawa with voluntary sa mga worker natin kahit holiday para makatipid and brand new pa .....ung mga warship natin madami namn mga pilipino na magaling magdesign..........hope the japanese/american/spanish occupation to our country is a lesson sana pero nakapilit parin tau eh..........god help my country.........
My mother is an engineer working for the government. Nakiangkas ata sila para tumawid sa isang isla mula sa Palawan. It took them 2 hours to get there. Napakabagal nung ship. Tapos yung radar nung ship 3 hours delay sa pag update. Grabe imagine mo na lang kung ilalaban mo sa gera yun.
This MPAC is TOTAL Success! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
I love it! Two of these vessels and another Philippine Navy ship rescued 400 people out of the water after their ship sank. Now - that is a success story!
One of the best vessels in any Navy in the World. Thank You Philippine Navy!
@bajaosurfer :No doubt PN rescued 400 people out of the water after the ship sank we thank God & PN for that but I was the one who introduced the Swedish Combat Boat 90(MPAC) to PN in 1998 and demostration in 2002 and it´s good to defence the many islands & coastlines but it cost only US$ 1 million year 1998(aprox. US$1=40 pesos).
@sambuddy99 sir the way i know it nine more are coming for a total of twelve. we will be mounting a mk. 56 for twin caliber .50 electrically fired po to replace a single mounted one. tapos ko na po ang design nyan sa weapons systems unit.
Lets see the MPAC is about 14meters. A 22 caliber is about 5mm. So a hole as big a 4mm will sink a size of MPAC. Of course yes, put a whole under the waterline and maybe wait 1 month or more then it will sink.
Wonderful! But it would be much better if they acquire more and then place them in the borders of Philippines and Malaysia to prevent those nasty kidnapping, human smuggling and most of all protect our territorial seas.
@jerrycrus PN MPAC is actually Swedish CB90 and not Filipino which I helped SSCP to get the agency betw. 1997-2006 and each boat cost US$1 million but unsuccessfully trying to sell to PN that time got no funds or money. We even demostrated to PN top brass year 2002 at Roxas Boulevard. Amazingly PN acquired them for 92 millions pesos each on 22 May,2009 which is very odd or weird way of spending, don´t you agree?

@Cboat90 I wonder why a CB90 which looks good, which is cheaper was not taken by the Navy and took an uglier boat and 2 times more expensive.
The normal reply is that for maintenance and training and spare parts. Normally maintenance and spare is about 10% of cost per year . This is like 100% cost.
wow ngayon ko lng nkita to hanep may ganyan n pla sa navy. .ang bilis ayos yan. . sana madaming ganyan pra psa pagbabantay sa teritorial ntin. . khit mga 50 pcs pa. .nkakatuwa ang tulin. .
