@JanetStarChild I don't agree with your opinion on Roxy's breasts. The designers and animators had to have in mind that children would be watching this episode of Mr. Bean, so this kind of content in a character's body may not be appropiate for young children to watch. If we were to think like you Mrs., then it'd be normal that you can even animate a man's pennis & a woman's vulva in any cartoon, which is TOTALLY inappropiate for young viewers.
