As I stated in a debate over this on elitefts (some people are pissed I'm answering business questions) I'm answering what I'm asked. I'm more than happy to answer most anything. I made a post last week asking for new questions for the next article and finally got some good training questions to answer.

I know what your talking about. I read that comment by gabe alvarez on elitefts. I absolutely agree with him and I read people's responses defending Dave Tate as if we're bashing you. The funny thing is that, if you actually read it, my comment and gabe alvarez's comment is directed toward the people asking these non training, irrelevant to any kind of training, questions.
