Plenty of time between the finals going in and their appearance with holding them up in between. I really didn't spot the big loads till I watched it a few times whereas many routines I'll spot them first time. That's the secret of a mystifying routine because you're only gonna do it once.
The camera actually misses one of the final productions, and only afterwards shows there's 3 big fruit from 2 cups. What a great and zany routine! Top stuff!
I thought David did a marvelous job considering he had to perform it under such distracting conditions... the Showgirl's dressing room! That's almost too much to ask of any magician!
Great stuff from a great performer. For those who think he's sloppy or drunk, nothing could be farther from the truth. It's perfectly in line with his performance style. The choice to use dinner cups and fruit was intentional. They're as REAL as any other cups, even if they didn't come from a magic shop.
I agree with you to an extent. I would agree that his performance wasn't sloppy, however, it wasn't as crisp as it was when he uses standard cups, as doing the routine with coffee cups presents certain challenges. Still amazing though.

I like it a lot. It is funny. Real entertainment. Most Cups and Ball Tricks are boring. The final loads are done briliantly.
