@projecteae I thiiiiiiink I'm gonna go with a chrome silver and black armor... that sounds pretty good right now :P But that may just be because I'm in love with the chrome detailing of the Aaliyah right now XD

@notedeath Yeah, I realized like, immediately after the fact that it was for the beam arrow mode. Slipped my mind at first that it had such a different form, so you certainly can't blame people for thinking that.

I wondered how long it would take anyone to say that :P I thought about that too, but... I tried leaving my 1/100 scale the same, just painting over to change the texture so it's not bare plastic, and... I was a bit dissatisfied with it.

Maybe try a red/darker red patterned scheme?

I probably would go with a Transformer metallic color scheme.  Either Prime's crimson red and sapphire or Bumblebee's gold and gunmetal.

But if you're going for the green frame, go with metallic green and silver.

I like metallic colors ^_^

Gold and gunmetal sounds like a pretty good combo, actually... sorta want to stay away from gold, though :P

If I did green, btw, it'd be an Olive Drab.

@kawapen2 Instead of Gold, why not use the yellow similar to the V-fin color.

I've found that yellow is the most stubborn of all paints that I've used so far XD While red is the hardest to cover up, yellow doesn't seem to like to stick to ANYTHING. it runs, it pools in corners, it won't stick to edges... just the biggest pain in the ass

Black with red or green panel-lining and the decals of course........or maybe or red, white and blue with stars and stripes......idk i like my first suggestion.

Doing an all-black scheme with green panel lines sounds amazing... I'll have to keep that in mind; I'm not sure the Astray would look great due to the way his armor is, but I think I will do that with a kit in the near future
