thanks man, i mean we have a jeep wrangler and a 98 durango and i was planning on lifting the jeep but then heard about the 98 durango not when you lift the durango and there a suspention lift or just a body lift? I am planning on doing a 2.5 or 3 inch lift so i could put 33 inch tires on just asking what do you think.
@rvr2 thanks man! also have you ever had engine problems i mean 250,000 miles is a lot have you had any problems. dont get me wrong the durango you have is really nice
@redraidersman96 Thanks! I didn't have any problems with it till recently..
Blew the radiator 5 months back and now it's not firing on all 8 cylinders.. Changed all 8 spark plugs and ignition coils today as a matter of fact and that didn't fix the problem..
Mexico is getting better man. The cartels have been seriously weakened. And wont be able to hold on for so long fighting against the military and police. Many have surrendered early this year. So you can go whenever.
@DanGuerrer0 Of course it isn't...It's a war! The Government is doing what's necessary to win. And they have been doing it fine. No matter what the news media says.
Wow man!!! You are so brave!!! The situation in the border of Mexico is awful so I think you are so brave, Tamaulipas Border is really hot, a lot of zetas and cartel people blocking roads, kidnapping people and stealing. God be with you!

@redraidersman96 I'd go with both a suspension and body lift..
If I get another Durango, that's what I'm gonna do.

@Aj24671 Yeah, we had no issues..
All the 'gloom and doom' being reported in the news is a bit overblown IMO..

@DanGuerrer0 If you believe what the news media says, and don't look at the situation with common sense then of course you would think that.

@Aj24671 My mom's side of the family lives in Mexico and it's not the same as it was 10 years ago.

@jalcom This was planned for so long I wasn't gonna let the threat scare me off..
Granted it's probably not the wisest decision we've made but waiting for things to calm down was just not happening so we went for it and succeded.
Thanks
