Instead of a Metal Rebellion I propose a new plan.

1. Instead of bashing other metal artists, we need to UNITE! We Can't Fight Against pop music if WE aren't even Together!

2. Watch more and other metal videos to get it to the top of the youtube video list

3. Instead of bashing pop, promote metal with logical reasons, not just "METAL RULES!!

@Zh4rkh0x: Actually I don't really like Municipal Waste. I can't get into their thrash metal style. But new thrash like Warbringer, Evile, and Merciless Death have a more distinctive metal style. And so do old bands like Kreator, Dark Angel, Megadeth, Slayer, Sodom, Sepultura, and....whoa, there's 2 many old thrashers to list!

Slayer was the smaller, more visceral band of the thrash four, War-bringer are proper old-school thrash just like Slayer, you don't know what you're talking about.

Thrash metal in general has its own tone for each band which is why I love it so much, for example:

Evil Dead sound nothing like Megadeth, and Municipal waste sound nothing like Gamma Bomb, the list goes on.

I think it's admirable that these guys are trying to revive thrash in the modern environment. Most modern metal fans don't listen to the earlier stuff anymore, so it's quite a risky move with regard to record sales, and that just goes to show that they're not sellouts, but true musicians.
