@chriscicoria Hamsters like going through small spaces. She got out just fine on her own and seemed to enjoy a new place to explore. That's the way hamsters are. Besides, if she couldn't get out on her own, all the owner had to do was slowly start to tip the claw machine until it was on it's side, then it would be easy for her to get out of it. But she could and she seems pretty healthy in the video. No signs of abuse or anything.

I've always have been around animals. I think I know more about hamsters than your parents ever will. You need to look at the big picture. She could get out just fine, the way her owner handled her at the end was very gentle, and not a scratch on her, no signs of abuse. She's in good hands.
