It may be from what I saw growing up, but Jesse Spencer (Dr Chase) will always be Billy Kennedy from Neighbours! I even remember his first episode on there :D

And Hugh Laurie is (to me) still the Prince Regent from Blackadder the Third. it's fun watching House where he's quite intelligent and well spoken, and then watching him as a complete idiot as the Prince!
