whenever you wanna get that blonde effect you have to bleach your hair. use a 30 vol developer to lift it. And for the color you use a 20 vol developer. I know your blonde didn't lift because your hair was too dark. That burgandy came out really good thoo...

The outcome of the hair color and everything looked beautiful on u! Now I know how to do my own highlights! I figured that the blond didn't show cause u have to really bleach it since your hair is very dark! But overall your hair looks BEAUTIFUL!!LOL!!

Girl the blonde didnt really take because my hair was too dark so you have to watch my other video on hi-lighting to see the blonde. I had to go back and do it the next day! LOL!
