They are certified ministers, but I wouldn't exactly call them a Christian band, as where christian bands would speak about the "Glory" and "Love" of god, TPB are more "Fire and Brimstone" in their "Preaching"

Yeah I saw them in Madison at the High Noon Saloon opening for Joe Buck and it was one of the most horrible things I've ever seen! They got booed off.
