Now i've become really depressed and stressed with school and GCSE's, it all got so bad that i was thinking about taking my own life, bit i went to church today to see my friend become a member of the church and it really touched me that he was so connected to God, so when i got home i decided to change my ways and now i've never felt better. here in hawaii i was lost in the mixed of violence drugs and under age drinking. from 2008-2009 iwas clean and saved, then from august to december ive slipped and i felt like i was great so i stopped fearing him, whenever i looked in the mirror i felt lost again til one day my youth pastor said comeback we miss then i felt like god was forceing me to go. since that day ive been devoted and i will stay devoted now were forming a youth worship team and were pretty good. the lost should listen.

Im 12, im starting to love god more (well this summer i started loving god a lot more and i heard about hillsong united, and i fell in love with the band. I have had depression for about a year now, and its not getting better but when i am with god i always feel like theres a need to keep goin and evrything seems ok for awhile when im with god. & being with god may not have put a penny in my pocket but i believe its done wonders.<3

This band....I'm speechless when it comes to them. Their lyrics and amazing words have helped to save my life so many times. I may run from God when times get tough but as soon as I listen to Hillsong, I feel God's love surrounding me, telling me not to be afraid, that He loves me & I feel safe in His light!

here in hawaii i was lost in the mixed of violence drugs and under age drinking. from 2008-2009 iwas clean and saved, then from august to december ive slipped and i felt like i was great so i stopped fearing him, whenever i looked in the mirror i felt lost again til one day my youth pastor said comeback we miss then i felt like god was forceing me to go. since that day ive been devoted and i will stay devoted now were forming a youth worship team and were pretty good. the lost should listen.

When I first heard this song, I was thinking about a (quoting the song) "daughter who was walking in the darkness" Then, they got to that line in the song. I knew right then he was calling me to lead her back to God. Yes, lead her back, she used to be somewhat of a christian.

@RueggSwag1994 Change you're life, it the best thing you can do. My nephew who is only 16 is suffering from a drug addiction and anger towards his mother. He no longer lives with us, he lives with his father he recently met on facebook now. I pray that he will realize that God is the only answer and that He is waiting with open arms just like we are. I pray you find the love of Jesus in your life everyday and that God uses you as a testimony to others. God bless.

gosh. i was so hurt over my girlfriend and my best friend having a thing and i heard this song at a youth gathering so i put it on as im crying and more angry then ive been and i could literally feel the anger and pain WASH AWAY once i opened up to God when i was listening to this song. @butfly98 im not that old either, 14; i suffered from depression for a while too. hillsong definitely helps :) talking to someone about it helps too. im not depressed at all anymore because of it

@butfly98thats pretty weird because thats the EXACT same for me. Im 12, im starting to love god more (well this summer i started loving god a lot more and i heard about hillsong united, and i fell in love with the band. I have had depression for about a year now, and its not getting better but when i am with god i always feel like theres a need to keep goin and evrything seems ok for awhile when im with god. & being with god may not have put a penny in my pocket but i believe its done wonders.<3
