As for Dota 2: it isn't a new game it's just an upgrade of the original one so of course that it will pick the better traits from all the MOBA games, that's how it works. And if there is a new MOBA after Dota 2 you bet that it will take the best features of Dota 2 and any other MOBA into it.

SC2 is certainly a decent game, however its way under the expectation of Blizzard.
