In 1963, JFK signed into law that married men with children would not be drafted. At this time, the USA was not at war and Gingrich had a wife and child and was enrolled in college. In order to be a "draft dodger" you first have to be drafted which he wasn't. In fact, his father, a career soldier, was still in active duty at this time.

Gingrich's company was a consultant to Freddie Mac and was paid $1.6 million over 6 years, not he himself and no one from the company did any lobbying.
