Adam will win. And who cares if he does. Danny was discovered as the less blow dried authentic talent. Danny would have won in about 4 out of the last 9 idols. Adam is just making it so hard to chase. Danny might be the only guy in the history of this show that can keep chase on a guy like Lambert. This is Phelps when he almost lost...that close. Danny is behind Lambert by one step every week.

It is very hard to not like either. They both would have won on other years. It could be like the Phelps race when he won by a finger lenght. Adam has to stay cool and outlast Dannys come from behind spurts. Great voices. Great tv

Though this performance was not my cup of tea, but i still have 6 Danny Gokey video live performances recorded onto my phone and those performances like "Hero, Stand By Me, September(My fave of all) and Endless Love" are the the best amazing marvellous performances from Danny Gokey. He has a lot of passion and gift that he can sing this difficult song and with the screaming and shouting, it totally blew me away instanty and he can sing very very excellent well.

Though i got to say that this performance was not the best performance like Danny's other brilliant performances, i got to say this that it is still the solid performance from Danny. But with the lots of screaming + + with the big band towards the end of the song, i have to admint that it's annoying and i can't wait for this song to end/finish! I recorded the video performance onto my phone and while listening back carrefully, it sounded too too loud that i had to delete it.

I've been a fan of Adam and Allison and have HATED Danny's song choices, week after week. But Danny really nailed it this week. I have several versions of this great song, but only listen to the best. This is joining my collection. Apparently he has been misunderstanding his area of strength. He's a jazz standards kind of guy, not a boring run-of-the-mill pop or country artist guy. His voice is ideally suited to a jazz or classic standards genre. Put out such an album, Danny. I'd buy it.
