Officer Meadows handled that situation better than any NY traffic enforcement officer that I have seen in any of these lame ass videos. There's easier ways to get attention if your life sucks so bad you have to follow traffic officers around. i honestly do not see the officers doing anything illegal. yes they have double parked but they were on duty working which gives them power to double park. even though there was space for them to park, it's just not an efficient way to do police work since time will be taken up on parking. and the officers double parking gives them protection from oncoming cars. they have to stand out in the streets to write tickets and this can be dangerous since a careless driver can run them over.

She did not break any law though. It's considered an 'emergency' vehicle. So when it has it's lights on it is allowed to double park.

Jimmy is a really angry man and harassing to officers, this case what she doing was totally right. here some ppl if u dont know the law i tell you, Cops are allowed to either double park or whatever necessary for them from avoid hit by other cars directly toward them, so they used as shield n this incident cannot charge her at all, Cops often do that and it's totally legal no matter its shown in law book for their exemption or not, it had been some cops hit by other cars when they on duty.

Cops often did that double parks in many country, it's for safety of themselves or sometimes for safety of others' on accidents to block from incoming traffics, not to get hit on person. Also she had already put light on above car, it ady shown that warning as to give caution ahead , to slow down and watch out due to officer is on the road or on duty. Cops did double parks in such case still totally legal and have own safety reason or forgiven.

You don't make any sense. Parking in front of a vehicle that is being summonsed is a tactical way of preventing someone from attempting to leave the scene. It's officer safety buddy. If she parks her cruiser along the curb and stands in the traffic lane, she is more likely to be struck by an unattentive motorist. The cruiser is providing her a barrier. i honestly do not see the officers doing anything illegal. yes they have double parked but they were on duty working which gives them power to double park. even though there was space for them to park, it's just not an efficient way to do police work since time will be taken up on parking. and the officers double parking gives them protection from oncoming cars. they have to stand out in the streets to write tickets and this can be dangerous since a careless driver can run them over.

I agree that some cops break the law and they need to weeded out however, this officer was not breaking the Law, in performing her duties she is allowed to do exactly what she did in the enforcement of her duties. The traffic cops know the laws they enforce and double parking part. the using their car as protection. You do not work the street like they do. I have seen about 5 of these "jimmyjustice" videos, and all I have to say is this guy has no life. What he doesnt relise is the police have the right to park their cars, yes even double park, if it is for their safty. By putting their car out like that it forces other cars to keep farther away, keeping them safe from being hit from some idiot with a camera playing with his toy rather then watching the road, which what he is doing is illegal.
