  • lol, i took it in november and my proctor ruined it too!! she didn't keep the right time and i lost 5 mins on one of the sections... but i got a 2300 (800 CR, 730 W, 760 M)... awk.

and on the M, i bubbled all of section 8 in section 9 and had to redo it (and the proctor didn't hand grade it or anything). the proctor made me erase the entire section and waste another five mins doing that... AND my desk was wobbly too! weird we had the same nov. sat experience.

  • What did you get?

  • I got a 600 critical reading 700 writing and 800 math. I have such a hard time on critical reading thats the thing that will get me out of my dream school

  • @prodigy46 Oy, I know. Hard, right? Sooooo hard. I'm a big reader, and it's hard for me!

Congrats on the math and Writing. Amazing. I'm jealous.

Re reading, have you read everything @pwntheSAT and Erica Meltzer have had to say on the matter?

My two cents: Passage fast; q & a slowly. Word find. Look for synonyms. Eliminate wrong answers.

  • Im taking the December one in a few days

  • @MGrammatico Me too!! Goooooood luck! And make sure you know your fair test rights.

  • @perfectscoreproject thanks. this will be my second test. got a 1630 the first time :/

  • @MGrammatico Me too. I'm nervous. It'll be the last of 7 I'm taking for "my project." (after which I have to write a book about the experience. The good news is that it's been fun. The bad news is that it was waaaaayyyyy harder to get a perfect score than I'd ever imagined and I don't want the project to end ;)
