  • there is a good evidence that vitamin D production slows down after child bearing years so it's even more important to take supplement every week if you are over 40. I take 200 000IU per week and my level is 100ng/ml

  • I have been taking me and the kids out for at least a 30 minute walk in the park while the sun is still out to try and catch that vitamin D. I have been feeling much better. I have higher energy levels and it has only been 1 week into it. This vid was very informative.
