Freezazoid.... first off the gracies ARE jui jitsu.... second off that was the most basic submission ever... IT WAS AN ARMBAR he was just in a wierd position (you can get to that position from pulling an armbar from gaurd)... thirdly armbars are very dangerous moves... and are very difficult to get out of but are very easy to finish... trust me i know from experiance... In MMA you never give up a submission if you think you can finish it...
