Before you shoot yourself in the leg, You should but the gun in his hand and pull the trigger using his hand so you can get gunpowder residue on this hands, this is the only way to show he shot you with a gun. If the cops check and they have no gun powder residue on his hands then it would be obvious the only person who fired the shots was you.

Stalking is a crime where you actually have to handle it yourself. The police can do nothing outside of a restraining order which again, does nothing. You have to have your own weapon at the ready 24/7 and be prepared to kill him. Nothing else will stop him. He has to be killed.

Since the stalker was in a prior relationship with Peggy, he had an even greater need to control her and he also knew more about her than simple obsessive stalkers would have. He knew her habits, her likes, her route to work, her family members, etc. All stalkers are potentially dangerous, but those who know their victims on a more intimate level can be even more dangerous. Poor Peggy. The system failed her.
This type of guy is a crazy, they are capable of the most abuse that is over and beyond terrorists....there have to be laws put in place to prevent this...thankfully we were able to save our teenage daughter, but it was the most horrible three years of her life, she still suffers and is terrified...there has to be action against these crazy people.

I've moved to 2 states and 4 cities in 1 year and thanks to these PI's charging next to nothing, this guy not only finds me, he terrorizes me and my children soley because obviously his life sucks that much. stalking isnt just done by men, I was stalked and harassed by my husbands ex girlfriend of ten yrs prior. Over 14yr span this woman vandalized my car and broke into it, was wearing my shirt, calling my home and making harassing calls, driving past 3 different homes I lived in, tried to get me to go out with her after I blocked her calls wanting to be friends( 4years after the stalking started) spread lies about me to make it look like I was provoking her when i didnt even know who she was

I wish the lady had been the one to think about hiring a private investigator. Had she done that as soon as she found out he was stalking her, the p.i. would've not only documented the stalking, but also documented him setting fire to her boyfriend's house. The guy would be in prison, and she would still be alive.
@NekoLady3000 --- I documented everything. Like this program points out, many of these stalkers don't realize that what they are doing is illegal, and neither do mutual friends or the cops. They know how to play themselves as the victim.
It was a dark, scary and lonely year. He terrorized me, my family and the few friends I had who saw what was happening and tried to help me. The police didn't help, even with witnesses and log of events and RECORDED MESSAGES. They did not arrest him or even question him for violateing the restraining order multiple times. But that was over 15 years ago, and it looks like this crime is being taken more seriously. Sucks that women like Peggy and so many others had to die before the system woke up.
I watched all 3 parts of this segment, and it makes me ill. I was stalked by an ex boyfriend over 15 years ago. Not to the extreme in this case, but he did enough damage (property-wise and psycholgically) to make seem like it was yesterday. He seemed very harmless, even romantic to outsiders. He convinced mutual friends that I was to blame for what was happening, that he couldn't help it, that "all he wanted was to love me and didn't know why I stopped loving him", blah blah blah.
Then the guy made a move to talk to me! On a dark sidewalk as I walked to work. I heard him say Hello and that he has been watching me pass by every day. I just kept watching and said nothing. I let him think I didnt hear him (I had earphones in and my radio on) I just glanced at him. No idea why I didnt stop. Instincts just too over. It was dark. I dont know him etc. Maybe he means no harm BUT you dont talk to a gal on a dark street! I now block his view to look in. I am worried now Am I safe?
@CatpurrRobertaBobbi That's a tough one. I am inclined to think that if you feel uneasy, your instincts may be correct. He may be very shy. I have a handsome friend who has such an awkward approach that I tell him he has "Ted Bundy Syndrome". He is too good looking and because his approach goes from shy to assertive he scares women.
But something about this guy has made you uneasy and that may be telling. I would recommend NEVER walking on a dark sidewalk regardless of this guy. Any updates?
What about stranger stalking? For 5 months now at my new apt a guy who lives in the building across from mine has been watching me. He knows my routines because he looks out his window at certain times I do things. Since he is a handsome man I thought it was romantic until a day ago. You see I have noticed that he kept showing up at my place of work to shop. Yet he had yet to even say hi. He even came in with a guy friend and he told the guy all about me I was interesting etc Cute hun?

I went to Holy Family Catholic school with Peggy, I was her Secret Santa three years in a row, we were in Bluebirds together. We graduated from Poland High school together. So many years later and I am still so heartbroken by this tragedy. I think of how she suffered and how her family will always suffer without her. Rest in peace Peggy, and may some peace come to your loved ones.

We need stronger laws and education on stalking so that victims are taken seriously and not blamed. I was a law professor at Howard U and was stalked by a delusional, serial campus stalker who wanted me to be his WIFE! I was "not renewed" after I reported it. I sued HU, for sexual harassment and retaliation, but based on faulty legal instructions to the jury, jurors found that there was no law to protect me. Info on Martin v. I've moved to 2 states and 4 cities in 1 year and thanks to these PI's charging next to nothing, this guy not only finds me, he terrorizes me and my children soley because obviously his life sucks that much. Here's hoping all the new stuff I sent the police will finally stop him, even with a warrant for his arrest he hasnt stopped

stalking isnt just done by men, I was stalked and harassed by my husbands ex girlfriend of ten yrs prior. Over 14yr span this woman vandalized my car and broke into it, was wearing my shirt, calling my home and making harassing calls, driving past 3 different homes I lived in, tried to get me to go out with her after I blocked her calls wanting to be friends( 4years after the stalking started) spread lies about me to make it look like I was provoking her when i didnt even know who she was

Stalking is a scary thing ,It happened to me to about 25 years ago. I didnt need the police,my parents took care of it.God love them,I was 23 at the time and he was a ex-boy man friend.

..... I fail to see ANY "puzzle" pieces here.. its pretty clear this guy had a problem. I dont think the police REAALY needed those investigative tips to realize this could turn tragic, thats B/S. Since we have these wonderfull tips to follow..... why werent the police doing that??

I like what this guy has to say - but I'd really like to know why we pay taxes for this folly of so-called police work in its current state. I've been stalked (I'm a guy). The police can't - or simply won't - do shit. I do not have ANY faith in the system, based on my experiences with it. Let's face it people, we need to do it ourselves, doesn't matter if you live in the U.S., Europe, whereever. Forget the ineffective police!

Yeah, I can contact the stalking resources center but they've been instructed to IGNORE organized crime stalking activity which is why my ex, a nearly disbarred former Boston attorney and alcoholic Naval spy with admitted substance abuse issues, chose this kind of stalking. He KNOWS it is OFFICIALLY IGNORED and often SUPPORTED by law enforcement.
Therefore, the government has given him permission to murder me with impunity. And, this is happening to more and more women....

I wish the lady had been the one to think about hiring a private investigator. Had she done that as soon as she found out he was stalking her, the p.i. would've not only documented the stalking, but also documented him setting fire to her boyfriend's house. The guy would be in prison, and she would still be alive.

@NekoLady3000 --- I documented everything. Like this program points out, many of these stalkers don't realize that what they are doing is illegal, and neither do mutual friends or the cops. They know how to play themselves as the victim.

It was a dark, scary and lonely year. He terrorized me, my family and the few friends I had who saw what was happening and tried to help me. The police didn't help, even with witnesses and log of events and RECORDED MESSAGES. They did not arrest him or even question him for violateing the restraining order multiple times. But that was over 15 years ago, and it looks like this crime is being taken more seriously. Sucks that women like Peggy and so many others had to die before the system woke up.

I watched all 3 parts of this segment, and it makes me ill. I was stalked by an ex boyfriend over 15 years ago. Not to the extreme in this case, but he did enough damage (property-wise and psycholgically) to make seem like it was yesterday. He seemed very harmless, even romantic to outsiders. He convinced mutual friends that I was to blame for what was happening, that he couldn't help it, that "all he wanted was to love me and didn't know why I stopped loving him", blah blah blah.

Then the guy made a move to talk to me! On a dark sidewalk as I walked to work. I heard him say Hello and that he has been watching me pass by every day. I just kept watching and said nothing. I let him think I didnt hear him (I had earphones in and my radio on) I just glanced at him. No idea why I didnt stop. Instincts just too over. It was dark. I dont know him etc. Maybe he means no harm BUT you dont talk to a gal on a dark street! I now block his view to look in. I am worried now Am I safe?

@CatpurrRobertaBobbi That's a tough one. I am inclined to think that if you feel uneasy, your instincts may be correct. He may be very shy. I have a handsome friend who has such an awkward approach that I tell him he has "Ted Bundy Syndrome". He is too good looking and because his approach goes from shy to assertive he scares women.
But something about this guy has made you uneasy and that may be telling. I would recommend NEVER walking on a dark sidewalk regardless of this guy. Any updates?

What about stranger stalking? For 5 months now at my new apt a guy who lives in the building across from mine has been watching me. He knows my routines because he looks out his window at certain times I do things. Since he is a handsome man I thought it was romantic until a day ago. You see I have noticed that he kept showing up at my place of work to shop. Yet he had yet to even say hi. He even came in with a guy friend and he told the guy all about me I was interesting etc Cute hun?

I went to Holy Family Catholic school with Peggy, I was her Secret Santa three years in a row, we were in Bluebirds together. We graduated from Poland High school together. So many years later and I am still so heartbroken by this tragedy. I think of how she suffered and how her family will always suffer without her. Rest in peace Peggy, and may some peace come to your loved ones.

LOL, try to get the police to do shit when a female stalks you, they will turn in on you. men don't talk to cops no matter what, you have a better chance goin against her gun or whatever then you do doing to the cops, pretty much somone has to go to the hospital or die to get it a female on male stalking looked at by the police. if your a man DO NOT TALK TO POLICE, they are not there to help you, don't get suckered in.

We need stronger laws and education on stalking so that victims are taken seriously and not blamed. I was a law professor at Howard U and was stalked by a delusional, serial campus stalker who wanted me to be his WIFE! I was "not renewed" after I reported it. I sued HU, for sexual harassment and retaliation, but based on faulty legal instructions to the jury, jurors found that there was no law to protect me. Info on Martin v.
