In Chabad, women are considered to be very holy. They are recognized to be more spiritual than men (the reason women are not required to wear skullcaps). The women are dancing separately for modestly reasons, also at a wedding the main focus should be on the bride and groom and that is why they are separate-so the men aren't more focused on the dancing women. Women aren't discriminated against or seen as lower than men. Take this from a Chabad girl-I know it for a fact.

there are a few reasons why men and women do not dance together at jewish weddings. One primary reason is that you are there to celebrate for the bride and groom and not your own physical pleasure. if you are dancing with women (I am male) you "attention" is not for the true reason why you are there: to honor the bride and groom.
the religion also calls much for various forms of phyical affection between husband and wife due to modesty

Jewish weddings are NOT an all male event. The men dance on one side and the women dance on the other side separated by a Mechitza ( curtain etc). Only Married people can physically contact each other in dancing. However , In Public , a Jewish man will not dance with his wife due to modesty.

Both Judaism and Islam are religious systems. I don't see why the two can not be compared.
For instance, it appears that in both systems, women are second class citizens. In one system maybe worse than in the other, but treatment of women is one aspect that can be compared.

You are correct - you probably will not find a video that shows women dancing at a wedding. Not because they are not dancing, but because women would not post a video of them dancing due to modesty issues. The same reason that you will not find a video of women dancing goes for why men and women are separated in the first place! There is no forced "segregation," as you seem to be implying, but rather a decision guided by religious faith and social values. Are there underdogs in Judaism? No.

If anything, the Jewish people as a whole have been the world's underdog since their existence, and throughout this time, Jews have positively influenced the development of social and political values that define ideal societies today - democracies. And Judaism is not 'all or nothing." This separation is not forced, unlike sharia in Islamic nations. For a people so advanced in the sciences and math, they are light years behind in justice.

I still think that in Judaism women are not equal to men, which as an atheist is plainly unjust and I guess we could argue for hours on this. But you sound so much better company than Muslims that we have to live with where I live.

My understanding is that women are excluded from the most important rituals and ceremonies -- the acts that make up Jewish worship. The women are so often ritually unclean because of menstruation that they are kept apart from such activities. They are the support staff who keep the world running so the men can study Torah. Would you say this is at all accurate?
