  • Please give bears a chance. Researchers are finding them to be as intelligent as the great apes & Bart, Buffy and Brutus are examples of their bonding lovingly with their adoring human parents. They generally avoid encounters with humans and only if provoked or startled will they cause confrontatons. Mama grizzlies protect cubs fiercely but generally they are quite docile unless previously abused by humans or sick & starving. Bears need our support and understanding. Please be fair to them.
