  • Lead to # 3 : Next time stay a little higher....

Even if we ´re on a weapon range... ;-)))

  • wow is this a sonic boom?

  • Seen lower practising for gulf 1, i f I had a screwdriver I could have opened his inspection hatches as he flew over.

  • We were in Cumbria 2 years ago, a guy had his own little airfield and a 2 seater Cessna or similar. We watched him take off, and buzz about the valley. Then a pair of these came out of nowhere. he very rapidly got out of their way. but if he had reacted a second later, there would have been lots of spare parts scattered over the hills. I did wonder, who, if anyone was responsible for the near miss?

  • @romanbrough they wouldn't be doing lowlevel flying if they weren't in a LFA (Low Flying Area) - I know for a fact that Cumbria has LFA17 over it so he shouldnt have been there that low without Air Traffic permission. Doesn't matter if his "airstrip" was in there - he still needs ATC Clearance.

  • WTF........

  • WTF

  • Filmed in " narrow screen"...

  • The official name is Panonarrow Vision™

  • Wow,der kracht mal geil da drüber

  • very what

  • WTF?

  • no this is shortscreen :D

  • is this widescreen?

  • PORC PUTT.....!

  • ... ANA ! :-D

  • hahaha

  • Would have been funnier with wings at full sweep and full throttle ;-) I did a see-off once on a Tonka at RAF Marham, Amazing old aircraft that still does the job.

  • you only did one see-off?

  • Yeah, a bit of a front line experience thing - aka a day out of the office :-)

  • ah right that explains it, that why i love being a liney.

  • If I was there, the headlines would have read "Man craps his pants" LOL, cool vid!

  • i go to RAF Leuchars in Fife for the air show every year and the Tornados always give me the biggest buzz, i remember being there around the time of the gulf war (not the latest one) and they scrambled like 6 or 7 planes at once to head out there, it was fucking unbelieveable (RAF Leuchars is a big Tornado air base for those who care)

  • i was stationed at ali al salem air base in kuwait and the british would fly these tornados so low.. loudest freaking jet!!!

  • I hadn't had my Private Pilots license 3 months back in 1989 when I was walking at Fairbanks Intl when one of these did a touch and go. I watched this Tornado come down, and as he started to climb he hit his Afterburner... Was so insanely loud!

Best part was the controller saying "NO AB NO AB!!" and this cool British voice saying "oh sorry about that." Haha was awesome, still see it in my mind's eye.

  • Nice to see someone have a memory of a tornado. and not just comment to say something is better than the tornado and it would kick its ass!!! lol

  • The Tornado is an amazing aircraft, does its role and others with serious pride. I'd eat glass to fly one for one hour :)

  • that would have been a HOLY SHIT moment right there lol

  • HAHAH COOL

  • I apologize, publicly, for my comments. Honestly, it is no way for an American or a soldier to act. Please forgive me and I wish you peace in this world.

  • Typo is to analagous speech as MegaBrits is to idiot.

  • First, the capitalization was meant as a part of the analagous speech that I have just explicated to you; and lastly I indicatively am surrmounting the idea that you are a complete idiot that cannot replicate successful outcomes when dealing with common sense and intellectual thought capabilities. Therefore, your communicable skill are somewhat related to that of blash.

  • No, but can I call your mom, because I have never enoyed fuckin a ho so much in my life. I've told all my friends; sometimes your hot sister comes to- if you know what mean...

  • Thanks! I have a big one, just like every American, and thanks for capitalizing America, shows that you respect us lol

  • Thank you! And you HAVE GOT incorrect speaking skills down to an art!

  • ist this vid taken with a 9:16 cam ??? .... LOOOOL

  • oh my goodness! wow! I'm impressed holy poopie willy g cockless poop scooper! Lol, simple minds are so easily amsused! The F-16, for example, has flown 3 feet off the deck, how now brown cow? lol, check stats before boasting, thanks! Come again :)

  • 3 ft? fuckin el, is there a video of that? its pretty impressive the lowest i know of is a jaguar at 5ft in oman.

  • 3 feet...? hahaha... erm... I've seen a 747 do that..... I think they call it landing. lmao.

  • lol, smart ass :)

  • that was not a landing

  • Oh I know thats our boys... but thanks anyway... hahaha... Nobody fly's those things like the RAF.... Its almost suicidal... If they were'nt so calm about it all... Dunno if you've ever heard any commentry from missions / exercises... It's almost spine chilling just how, 'matter-of-factish' it all is! lmao!

  • erm... no... Isnt that where the French Special Forces do their training? haha

  • u should do comedy.. priceless lol

  • Holy FUUUUUUCK!!!!! hahahahaha! No surprises why we have the BEST fookin fighter pilots on the Planet!!!! USAF....... hahahaha FOLLOW THAT! hahaha

  • oh jesus

He doesn't speak for all of us.

  • the tornado has a terrain following radar.

  • most people dont realise how much talent that takes... they just watch the video and are like yeh nice, look closely at the house and tree, this guy is good

  • excellent

  • holy fuck!! that just dispays wat skill u have 2 have to be a fighter pilot

  • awesome

  • sick

  • Haha that must have literally shook the piss out of those guys

  • LOL that pilots laughing so hard right now probably why he started gaining altitude at the end...

  • wa!flying between de tree and house@@@$#$#%$#!COOL PILOT!

  • AWSOME!

  • amazing!!!!:O

  • Brilliant. Amazing skill. And the guys on the ground got a free haircut.

  • We get 'em like that around here..nothing special. Part and parcel of RAF training...that's why they can "kick ass" when the have to.

  • Best in the world. Bar none.

  • Well among the best. We also get a lot of visitors from other forces of Nato flying the F series USA made stuff and also the Nato Migs from fromer eastern block. We have unique training grounds here in Northern England. The low fliers are perfectly safe and real treat to see in action.

  • No, THE best.

  • The only thing agin RAF is the way the government delays safety upgrades In todays war budget the RAF should COME FIRST when the money is paid out.

  • the anvy is pretty important. if we didnt have the money to build more other countries troops could ship their troops on our soil.

  • He's definitely behind the barn, not between the tree and the barn.

There's no way anyone could safely make that pass, especially with people on the ground.

Still some awesome flying, and a very low pass though :)

  • Watch it again,

and then again when your jaw drops

  • just so u guys know, he doesnt pass in between the house and tree. i doubt the pilot would even risk it, let alone this video evidence

  • amazing!! the best pilots in the world!

  • hijo de puta! le saco pelusas a la casa...!!!

  • Just goes to show how difficult it is to shoot down fast, low flying aircraft.

  • its definately a tornado, harriers cant go that fast and it has the pointy nose and the folded back wings which arent curved like harriers

  • omg thats realy low :-O

  • That was cool as hell.

  • defo a tonker

  • fool.....know your aircraft!

  • If you really know your planes....and have the ability to name one at a glance....you would see that this is DEFINITELY a Tornado. So to everyone that said it was a TORNADO...you obviously really know your planes...and to the Harrier crew...go learn some shapes.

  • that is a tornado - pause the video on 4 seconds and you can see the pointy nose, swept swing wings, sharply angled intakes and very large tail. Harriers have round intakes stubby curved tail and more blunt rounded noses - how exactly can you confuse the 2. I lived next to a tornado base in the UK for 10 years - trust me I know what they a look like and how they sound.

  • I'm with you on this one "Spongey" - I thought it looked like a Harrier - Nostril says he's an expert aswell, I think he's just discovered that he has not been living in a Tornado.

  • It is deffinately a tornado!

  • Was this in the Falklands?

  • they didnt have tornados in the falklands, they had harriers from aircraft carriers ect. plus the tornados a bomber aircraft which the harriers could do also as it is so versitile. however they did fly vulcans down there to bomb a town but they didnt stay long i dont think

  • No Sorry i wasnt talking about "during" the war.

After the war, the British assigned a Tornado Squadron on guarding duties to the falklands.

was this in the falklands (not during the war)?

  • didnt land vulcans atall just bombed and went as i remember it was a long distance bombing sortie after the war f3 and phantoms were used to defend the isles the frs1 hariers and gr harriers were employed on toss bombing raids which waqs a technique where they clibed to hight released the bombs so they flew in an arched trajectory so the aircraft didnt have to get too close to the target although quite a few puccaras were lost on the ground to the sas raid

  • Doubt it--it's a Luftwaffe jet!

  • True. If it WAS British, it wasn't an ADV, and they only have F.3s in the Falklands...unless they had visitors.

  • 1435 sqn are based at the Port Stanley air base. They come from the QRA sqns in the UK on rotation. Looks like Falklands ?

  • Was a great plane, looked fantastic

  • It IS...

  • Mind you the Buccaneer did low flying much better and belive it or not faster due to design, i loved the old banana.

  • My fav is the Buc! Was bloody good looking lol

  • @tottenham291187 have to agree there the Buc was a stunning aircraft

  • quite common for a GR4, there is some footage taken in the gulf of Tornados flying so low the shadow of the aircraft was the same size as the aircraft itself, hight of a camels arse as it was put by the pilots.

  • that is some f*cking COJONES,,,holly shit

  • WOW...AAAAAAAAAND he half-inverted?!?!?!?!?!...thats CRAZY...awesome vid...

  • 60 degrees turn...fast and safe

  • Holy fucking shit!

  • I CAN MARRY HIM!!

  • Omg Omg Omg Omg he is crazyyyyyyy

  • Kick Ass!! That's a top bit of footage man!

Bein' an Aussie, we don't see many Tornado's down our way but one did a display a few years back at our Internation Airshow at Avalon and it started off it's display with a pass like this one... freakin stoopenous!!! What a great machine!!!! :o)

  • bloody hell in between a tree and a hut ffs... RAF rule lol

  • Wow,that was max.10 meters from the ground!Awesome!

  • one of the best flybys

  • Nice camera skills! I bet that it isn't easy to capture something that fast, the cameraman should work for Top Gear!

  • what a buzz he was flying that low he was digging up earthworms !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • have to watch it over and over again - insane flying - the wing passes right between the tree and the house, almost hitting the roof of the car...

  • Look closer, the wing goes right behind the house, about 25 feet off the ground. Still pretty nice

  • Seriously, Europeans know how to fly well.

Wonder what Americans have to offer.

  • At least we have more than 500 nukes.

  • US throws in Nukes, China throws in numbers, Euros throw in skills. Its a food chain of destruction w/ nuke nations on top. Why does US want other nations to rid themselves of nuke while they dont?

  • Its to offset numbers and skills. Thats what we did in the Cold War with Russia in Europe.

  • well if u have so many y dont u drop em on ur own country

  • We use ICBMs, they don't drop. Plus the angle is too steep the missles have a minimum range.

  • "Seriously, Europeans know how to fly well.

Wonder what Americans have to offer."

Seriously, Americans know how to fly well too.

  • Seriously. I don't know why Fireperfect245 even posted that crap? If it was to start an argument he succeeded...

    This video is awesome, btw!

  • Fantastico....Impressionante...Mitico !!!!

  • You are lucky people it's amazing experience

  • shit...scary tornado.he3..wonderful..

  • holy crap! O_O

  • i dont get it

  • if you dont get it your not alive !!!!!!!!!

  • Imagine trying to shoot that down from the ground! No chance. Cannot imagine even a ground launched guided missile doing it.

  • One of the best yet!

  • that was straight..

  • its nap of the earth not map. cracking vid though

  • Ah sorry..Mis-spelt..cheers
