Thanks! It worked for me on my HP Elitebook 8540 P! They key popped off with the hinge attached. I just removed the hinge from the key and then attached the hinge onto the keyboard. I popped the key onto the hinge and voila!

Wow man, "and there you go" and the key is still so crooked! Then, you go back and try to fix it again. The video ends with you still pushing on it, and it's still not fixed! I've always told my customers that it's a bad idea to try to replace individual keys on a keyboard when a new keyboard is usually very cheap. After watching this video to see if it looked like something that would be a solution for one of my clients, I feel more secure than ever in my statement. YOU can't even fix it!

thank you soooo much! managed to spill an entire can of coke over my laptop keyboard!! Luckily for me it didnt damage it just made it incredibly sticky! took the keys off to clean them but couldnt for the life of me figure out how to get them back on!! thanks!
