what I do is sand it down so that the factory finish on the faceplate is gone. I then pencil in a design and just paint it. I think the problem is that you're applying to much paint, the brush is very bad, or maybe you didn't mix the paint well. The reason mine looks super smooth is that at the end I put 5 layers of mod podge sealer. It's like this glue that dries up clear and gives it a nice glossy finish!
I think that the brush is the number one problem or I can be wrong.
LOL, sanding the xbox would take forever, and I would have to take off the case too. I'm pretty sure it voids the warranty -.- :( But check back for more customs like iphone/ itouch cases, custom new era caps, video reviews, unboxings, tutorials, and many more!
