  • welsh sounds quite hard to me -.-''

  • @2syrianhearts it is to begin with, you get used to it :) hehe!! Italian is hard...I have just done an italian video :)

  • Thank you for this comment mate! And a very good question, as I don't know, but I will tell you what I do know...for some words in Welsh, we have borrowed from English, like joke = jôc, as we don't use the 'J' in Welsh words, so we borrow from English here, but at one point, there must have been a Welsh equivalent, Id like to think anyway. Words like 'tri' may come from Latin more than English? Think about tricycle etc. Hope it helps :) And I will do my best, don't know much North Walean ;) bye

  • So interesting! Thanks, once again. :)

I've noticed in this video that a lot of words are phonetically like the English counterparts. Like "tri" and "three", "gloch" and "clock", "te" and "tea". Does Welsh borrow these words from English, or does English borrow these words from Welsh? Or is it coincidental?

Also, I would love a video about Welsh (as in the language) accents, and regional dialects. Hint hint. Haha. ;)

  • Questo video era molto utile e interessante! :) Adesso voglio imparare il gallese!
