@combatarmgun yes, it is possible to get codename viper perm, but i'm telling u, I tried to get viper or any kind of perm, but only exp and gp boosts came out. Spent about 20k nx on hisec keys. The chances of getting viper perm I about maybe 5%?? or less. Nexon is just trying to scam u guys, so don't ever buy hisec keys.
