Muni is way to expensive. They are the second highest paid in the country and get undeserved benefits while robbing the city. Fares go up and service gets cut. I got a ticket because I was waiting half an hour on a weekday afternnon for my connecting M line. It doesn't even take that long to get to my destination. There were peititions to keep muni from ruining SF but I guess we all realize we can't because they can't break that contract made decades ago. Horrible drivers.
What if all these "civil servants are really illuminatti democrats(they are-blue-bloods born into it) only- that and they are taking so much money w/ all these extra jobs...taxing the poor even more while they are the only ones w/ jobs and they keep getting richer.

Not surprising. The reason that mostly Chinese and Hispanics get bus fines/tickets is probably the same reason why African Americans have higher rates of incarceration & longer sentencing in this country. I am sure Whites get off scott free or dirt cheap.

@rajnikantsharma: actually more simpler than that: the coach stops in Chinatown and other Chinese-commerical areas have huge crowds waiting for the bus so when coach arrives driver MUST open all doors to get huge crowd onto bus otherwise driver falls well behind schedule trying to get huge crowd thru front door only. With the doors open the huge crowd rushes thru any door so as to get on coach before coach is too packed.

Then MUNI started placing fair inspectors in the Chinatown (and Chinese commercial areas) coach stops and thus huge amounts of tix handed out. The Chinese started "getting it" with the inspectors and the numbers of tix for failing to pay have plummetted.
$75 thats how much I've paid for the tickets when I was in Lousiana for not being awar that the fast lane that I was in when passing a semi has a signs saying, "No vehicle towing a trailer may be permited in the 2 left lane " when you travel cross country, make shure you read every signs especially before approaching a city or town so you don't get ticketed for being in a wrong lane with a trailer if your towing something.
shit, they need to get on the 14 & 49 lines going into the mission...and on 49 & 47 heading out from market. this is why we have to keep paying inflated muni passes because of these people!

SF Muni generate billons of dollar a year, where is all the fuckin money going to; oh yeah, to Newson and his crownies. I hate these power grabbers, elite of white bigots stealing all the resources of Sanfranciscans; giving it all to the fuckin police and fire people, while the rest of hard working Sanfranciscans keep leaking the deck. The good thing though, is that Newson is dead politically.

It shouldn't be hard to track down the person who littered their fair evasion citation and give them another citation for littering! I'm assuming that their name is on the citation shown in the gutter.
